Make Jesus Famous

Last Wednesday in youth group I taught a lesson on being brave enough and ready to give your testimony at any given time. I taught about the importance of them, I gave tips on how to give it effectively, and emphasized that fact that everyone's is powerful to someone. I think too often people who have not had tragedies in their lives and/or were raised in the church don't think that theirs matters, they are dead wrong! 

So what is the point of giving you testimony? The number one reason SHOULD be to make Jesus famous! What better way to tell someone about Jesus and His power than sharing what He has done for you. Isn't that what our goal as a Christian is, to make Jesus famous!? To bring as many people to the Kingdom as we can. We should be shouting Jesus' name from the rooftops, so everyone can hear it. 

So, I challenge you to go...tell someone your story of everlasting love....tell someone about how powerful Jesus is....tell someone what He has done for you and what He can do for them...go win another soul in the name of Jesus.
